The service

You give us text or files; an AI model writes a web page from them and we show it to you. The free tier uses open models shared by everyone and is limited to a few pages an hour per person; it may be slow or briefly unavailable when those models are busy. PRO uses frontier models, makes two versions of every page for you to choose from, can also make a slide presentation or a quiz, and is paid per page from a pack.

Your material

You must have the right to upload and share what you give us. Do not upload material that is unlawful, that infringes somebody's rights, or that you are bound to keep confidential. We may refuse or remove a page that breaks this rule. You keep every right you have in your material.

The page you get

The page is yours to use, copy, change, publish and sell, without attribution. It is generated by a model from your material: check it before you rely on it, because a model can misread a number or invent a phrasing. We give no guarantee that a page is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

A page stays available at its link for about two hours and is then deleted. Download it if you want to keep it. If you were signed in with a castomo account when it was made, it is also saved to your account until you delete it.

PRO packs

A PRO pack is paid once through Stripe and holds a number of pages: €1 for 4 pages or €3 for 30, prices including VAT. A pack is valid for 90 days from purchase; pages left after that lapse. Each generation uses one page of the pack, whatever the format and however many versions it produces. If no model manages to write your page, that page is returned to the pack automatically. A pack bought while signed in is tied to your castomo account and works on every device; bought without an account it lives in the browser you bought it in. Because a pack is a digital service delivered immediately at your request, you agree that the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply to pages already generated; a pack with no page used can be refunded on request within 14 days — write to us.

What we are not liable for

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss arising from a page's content or from the service being unavailable. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or for what cannot be limited under Polish law.

Fair use

Do not use the service to attack it or anyone else, to send it material designed to make a model misbehave, or to make automated bulk requests. We may limit or block access that harms the service for other people.

Law and disputes

Polish law governs these terms. Consumers in the EU also keep the protection of the law of their own country and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Disputes go to the competent court in Poland, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue at home.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them. Changes apply to pages made after the change.
